• Q: Are we not troubling the souls by contacting them?
  A: No. In fact the souls are happy to guide a genuine person.


• Q: What is the guarantee that the same soul whom we are calling has come?
  A: Firstly, everyone should not attempt communication. If Mother Divine communicates, surely the soul who has been called would only come. Secondly, the soul in the communication would use the same pet names, same type of salutation and convey in the same language as the soul was using when it was alive.


• Q: What if the soul would not go after the communication?
  A: There is nothing like soul not going back as the souls come here for communication only after the exclusive permission of Mangalam Bhagwan Vishnu who is presently know as Avatar Meher Baba for the specified time of communication and after that the soul goes back to their world.


• Q: My dear one passed away a week back. Can communication be possible with that soul?
  A: As a rule communication is not possible with a deceased one until three months. As the soul takes time to adjust in the soul world as we do in a new place.


• Q: My grandfather passed away forty years back. Can communication with him be done?
  A: Yes, provided he has not taken birth.


• Q: If a soul has taken birth is communication possible?
  A: No. If the soul has taken birth then the soul is here on earth planet hence communication is not possible.


• Q: How does one know if the soul has taken birth or not?
  A: You need to ask Mother Divine if the soul has taken birth or not. She can answer that question.


• Q: How long does one soul stay in the soul world?
  A: It all depends on the karma-the wheel of life and the vows and also the immediate needs of the soul.


• Q: What are vows?
  A: Vows are the pledges that we take before we come on to the earth planet in front of God and fulfilling those vows is the mission of our lives.


• Q: How can we know our vows?
  A: Generally we cannot know our vows. If we are sincere, genuine and pray a lot and do not hurt or harm others, then we can catch the signals of our Spiritual Guides and then we may be on the right track. If one is lucky and has a chance to meet Mother Divine then also one can get the guidance to know whether one is on the right track or not. It is a matter of great fortune if one could get a communication done through Mother Divine.


• Q: Can one ask about one's future and money?
  A: One can ask about one's safety, and also know what course of action to take in case of marriage, job or business etc and most importantly one can take spiritual guidance.


• Q: How many questions can one ask?
  A: It is always advisable to ask two or three questions only.


• Q: Can one seek predictions?
  A: This is a Divine Link which is being possible by God's grace and Mother Divine Shobha Jain's Atmic strength so one should not make this a business or treat this as some kind of cheap predictive skill. One should seek genuine help and guidance with the departed one.


• Q: What is the language of communication? Do souls also speak our language?
  A: Mother Divine communicates in English and Hindi. If the departed soul does not know these two languages, there is another soul who translates and the communication happens in Hindi or English only. For an example, communication with a Buddhist Monk who was Japanese, happened in English.


• Q: Can Mother Communicate with any soul?
  A: Yes. She is capable of communicating with any soul. She is not to be confused with a medium or some one who does autowriting with one soul only.
